- Third party commercial implementation.
- The appearance design has won famous domestic and foreign design awards, including: Taiwan Golden Pin Design Award, German iF Design Award, German Red Dot Design Award, Japanese Good Design Award, International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA).
- New design applications for new start-ups.
In addition, in order to comply with the considerations of commercialization and monetization of foreign designs, the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office has also simultaneously revised the regulations on deferred examination of design patents. Regardless of whether priority is claimed, the deferred examination period will be changed to one year from the filing date. .
