巴黎公约途径：自优先权起12个月。
PCT途径：不可以PCT途径直接进入塞浦路斯国家阶段，只可以欧洲授权专利申请塞浦路斯生效的方式。

Application Process Flow

1.    专利注册处在收到专利申请后，将发出受理通知书，通知有关的申请号与申请日；
2.    初审：专利注册处将就专利申请文件是否符合专利法的相关规定进行审查；
3.    实审：自申请日/优先权日起16个月内获得EPO出具的检索报告；
4.    授权：在获得授权通知后，专利注册处将在收到申请人缴纳的授权费后并予以授权公告。申请人可请求颁发专利证书。
