  • Grant Fee: The applicant shall pay the grant fee within 3 months after receiving the grant notice.
  • Annuity: The annuity shall be paid year by year from the 3rd year of the filing date, and the payment shall be within the last 2 months before the expiration of the current validity period. (Lithuania has an open license system. If the applicant signs an open license statement at the time of granted, allowing others to use its patent at will, the annuity can be reduced by 50%)
