From March 1, 2023, the US PCT international application fee will undergo the following changes:
1. 1701: PCT International Application Fee for Electronic Filing of Non-ePCT or PCT-EASY .zip Files, Pages 1-30, fee increased from US$1,245 to US$1,327;
2. 1710: PCT International Application Fee for Electronic Filing of ePCT or PCT-EASY .zip files, pages 1-30, increased from US$1,144 to US$1,219;
3. 1702: International filing fee pages 1-30, the fee increased from US$1,346 to US$1,435;
4. 1703: Extra page fee, more than 30 pages, for each page, the fee is increased from US$15 to US$16;
5. 1715: International search, with the Israel Patent Office (ILPO) as the ISRing Authority (ISA), the fee increased from US$1,014 to US$1,075;
6. 1717: International search, with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) as the ISRing Authority (ISA), the fee is increased from US$1,561 to US$1,664;
7. 1716: International search, with the Japan Patent Office (JPO) as the ISRing Authority (ISA), the fee is increased from US$1,167 to US$1,277;
8. 1705: Handling fee increased from $202 to $216;
9. 1706: If the applicant meets the criteria for a 90% reduction in the processing fee specified in the WIPO table, otherwise the fee is increased from US$ 20.20 to US$ 21.60.
