Singapore Intellectual Property IPOS Digital Center Latest Progress

In line with the upcoming improved operating system of the IPOS Digital Centre, the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore IPOS has issued a practical guidance with special instructions for electronic users using the Electronic Online System ("EOS") provided by IPOS, setting out the submissions provided by IPOS The system's backup mode.

It is worth noting that from August 8, 2023, the following tables will be in EOS format by default, but before 24:00 on August 13, 2023, IPOS will still accept the original SG format.

• Patent: PF2, PF28, PF36, PF54, Bill of Costs, Marked Bill of Costs
• Trademark: TM10, HC1, Bill of Costs, Marked Bill of Costs
• Appearance design: D13, HC1, HC3, HC6, Bill of Costs, Marked Bill of Costs
• New plant species: PVP
• Geographical indications: GI1, CM1, CM2, CM3, CM8, CM9, Bill of Costs, Marked Bill of Costs
