New Regulations on Annual Patent Fees in Qatar
Recently, the Qatar Intellectual Property Office issued new regulations on patent annual fees. For patent applications that have not been authorized for three years, maintenance fees will no longer be charged from the fourth year onwards. Applicants can pay all unpaid annual fees at the time of authorization after the patent application is finally authorized.
