Portugal Profile

Portugal, officially known as the Portuguese Republic, is a unitary, semi-presidential republic. It is located on the Iberian Peninsula in southwestern Europe and is the westernmost country in continental Europe. The country is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the west and south, and Spain to the east and north. Portugal is a developed country with a developed economy and high living standards.
