Assignment for Patent Right Transfer
- Grant fee: The applicant shall pay the granted fee within 2 months after receiving the granted notice.
- Annuity: pay year by year starting from the first year from the application date. If the annual fee is overdue, it can be paid within a grace period of 6 months, and a 20% late fee will be paid at the same time.
DKPTO conducts only formality examination of utility model patent applications. It can be submitted in a foreign language, but the Danish translation must be completed within one month from the filing date. The applicant/anyone can submit a request for examination during the validity period of the patent, and DKPTO will conduct substantive examination after paying the corresponding fee. Method Claim are not allowed.
