On October 1, 2022, the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) between the EPO and the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) becomes permanent. The current conditions and requirements for participating in the PPH review will continue to apply.
Since then, the EPO's PPH projects have included, in addition to IP5, the national patent offices of Australia, Brazil, Canada, Israel, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, the Philippines, Singapore and Saudi Arabia.
