- The protection period of a trademark in the Kingdom of Bahrain is 10 years from the date of application. Renewal requests may be made during the last year of the protection period. If the time limit expires, it can be processed within the 3-month grace period. If the registrant still does not apply for renewal of registration after the extension period, others may not apply to register the trademark within 3 years.
