To facilitate patent applicants to continue to use the APEC Innovation Investment Target to fast-track their invention patent applications in the ASEAN region, Singapore announced that the APEC Innovation Investment Target Pilot Program (ASPEC AIM Pilot) will continue to be extended for another two years to August 2025. 26th. The applicant who requests this quick examination will receive the first notice of examination opinion within 6 months. ASPEC expedited review requests are limited to 50 applications per year.
