The European Patent Office EPO has recently launched a new website address www.epo.org.
The new website updates the oral examination schedule and adds a "New to patents" column. The New to Patent column will help inventors and small and medium-sized enterprises decide whether to patent their technology. It includes in-depth explanations, and free search tools, and invites users to actively participate in EPO testing. This column aims to bridge the gap between inventors and the complex world of intellectual property.
In addition, the new website has updated the on-site search engine, introducing improved filters so that users can easily find search content within the website. The new website is also fully responsive on all devices including tablets, desktops and smartphones.
