Starting from May 8, 2023, the National Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Paraguay (DINAPI) will officially launch TMClass. TMClass is a widely accessible tool that allows users to perform trademark-related services such as trademark search and translation in any of 44 languages through the interface.
The tool also helps identify the correct terms and corresponding categories under the Nice Classification for correct use in trademark registration applications, which is invaluable to IP applicants.
With the addition of Paraguay, TMClass is now used by 95 participating regional and national IP offices around the world.
