The Moroccan Intellectual Property Office OMPIC and the United States Trademark and Patent Office USPTO launched the PPH Patent Examination Highway Pilot Program on April 1, 2023, aiming to speed up the examination process of patent applications through a collaborative mechanism between the two offices, thereby speeding up the entire patent Authorization process.
