The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) recently released a new trademark database and trademark transfer database.
The new trademark database contains detailed information on 12.69 million trademark applications filed or registered between October 1870 and March 2024. Beginning in 2023, the database will also include raw XML data, allowing the USPTO to include an additional 1.1 million case files that were not present in the historical XML files.
The Trademark Transfer Database contains 1.38 million trademark transfer data, involving 2.39 million unique trademark attributes, and includes all records from March 1952 to January 2024.
