The number of registered trademarks in the UAE surged by 64% in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the same period last year. The total number of newly registered trademarks in the first quarter of 2024 was 4,610, while the total number of registered trademarks in the same period of 2023 was only 2,813. There were 2,018 new registered trademarks in March 2024, and 2,592 in January and February combined.
