On the afternoon of July 5, 2024, Yezhima and colleagues from CCPIT Patent and Trademark Office, King & Wood Mallesons, Kangxin Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd., Beijing Oriental Yisi Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd., Beijing Gaowen Law Firm, Beijing Tongli Juncheng Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd., etc., jointly participated in the symposium on the needs research on the formulation of the "15th Five-Year Plan" for patent and trademark examination organized by the China Intellectual Property Research Association. During the symposium, the participants raised extensive and heated discussions on the future "15th Five-Year Plan" patent and trademark examination policy orientation, examination standards, mechanism processes, quality and efficiency, public services, international exchanges, and the full-chain protection of intellectual property rights in new fields and new formats.
Yezhima expressed his own views on policy orientation, platform system tools and international cooperation and exchange, hoping that in future policy making, more consideration will be given to industry prosperity, the salary level of employees in the industry will be increased, and more young people will be attracted to the industry; at the same time, the platform system tools will be improved to make the system more user-friendly and smoother to use.
