Applicants who submit trademark registration applications and design applications to the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP) can apply for SME Vouchers. With just one voucher, they can apply for multiple subsidies, up to 1,000 euros.
Applicants must obtain up to 75% fee reduction for trademark registration and design applications at BOIP within 2 months of receiving the voucher, including:
75% reduction in EUIPO fees for trademarks or designs
75% reduction in trademark or design application fees in EU member states
50% reduction in fees for trademark or design registration at WIPO
Other intellectual property consulting fees, such as IP Scan, new plant varieties, etc., are eligible for fee subsidies
The application for the 2024 consumer vouchers will be completed in November, and the 2025 consumer vouchers will be launched soon. European small and medium-sized enterprise applicants are welcome to pay attention.
