Danish Patent and Trademark Office DKIPO launches new case management system

The Danish Patent and Trademark Office has been using a trademark and design case management system for many years. Recently, DKIPO has cooperated with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) to develop a new case handling system, which will be officially launched on February 6, 2025.

DKIPO will migrate data from the old system to the new system between January 29, 2025 and February 6, 2025. During this period, design patent applications will not be processed, which means that DKIPO will not send letters, bills or any other notifications during this period.
