Saudi Arabian Intellectual Property Office Releases Guidelines on Intellectual Property and Designers' Rights Protection

The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) has published a guide to intellectual property and designer rights protection, aimed at supporting the needs of the Kingdom’s growing fashion sector.

The guide offers practical advice to help fashion brands protect distinctive elements such as logos, company names and trade dress, while highlighting the importance of trademarks in building brand identity, consumer trust and long-term commercial value.
