If litigation or evaluation of the stability of utility model Claim is required, the applicant may submit a request for substantive examination within one year after the granted announcement.

• Grant fee: It will be paid together with the granted announcement fee one month after receiving the granted notice, and the payment will be doubled if it is overdue.
