The French Intellectual Property Office and the Moroccan Intellectual Property Office signed a PPH agreement

Starting from November 1, 2023, the French Intellectual Property Office INPI and the Moroccan Intellectual Property Office OMPIC have reached a bilateral agreement on the accelerated examination of PPH to speed up the patent authorization process by sharing patent examination results between intellectual property offices.
