French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and Japanese Patent Office (JPO) extend PPH pilot program

The PPH pilot program between the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and the Japan Patent Office (JPO) has been extended for another five years, starting on January 1, 2025. The new pilot period will end on December 31, 2029, at which point it will be assessed whether it still needs to be extended.
