As you all know, the SME Fund, managed by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), offers European SMEs the opportunity to benefit from partial financial reimbursement in a number of IP areas. Of the four parts of the Fund, the 2025 versions of Vouchers 1 and 2 (covering trademark and design protection at national, regional and EU level) for IP scanning activities are now open.
Voucher 3 is dedicated to patent-related activities, including patent searches and patent maintenance fees for national patent protection; Voucher 4 covers the protection of plant varieties within the EU and will reopen on June 2, 2025.
