Starting from January 1, 2024, Eurasian patent official fees will increase significantly by 20-30%, including two types of patents: invention and design.
Among them, the new application fee for submitting a patent application has increased from 386 euros to 536 euros, and the substantive examination fee for the first independent claim has increased from 430 euros to 536 euros.
