Georgia will become the fifth non-EU European country to enter into force on December 28, 2023
According to the agreement reached between the EPO and Georgia on October 31, 2019, European authorized patents with an application date of January 15, 2024 can currently be effective in Georgia.
The entry fee (official fee) is 200 euros.
