Denmark's patent application fees to increase from January 1, 2025

From January 1, 2025, the Danish Patent and Trademark Office has adjusted the publication fees and annual fees for patents, including the Danish validation fees for European granted patents, with an increase of approximately 3%. The annual adjustment applies to patents expiring after March 31, 2025. Therefore, the annual fees for patents due on March 31, 2025 will be paid at the rate applicable before January 1, 2025. If paid overdue, a late payment fee of 20% will be charged.
